The Fine Print: Read Before Your Tarot Experience

Though I do go into this in my About section, I thought it would be helpful to expand here to help you understand more about me and my work before (or maybe while you are even waiting for) your reading.

  • I am a Tarot Reader who uses intuition, but aside from pendulum work I do not claim to be a Psychic, Medium, or Telepathic. This means I cannot read your mind, and as I am talking through what I am seeing in the cards, please validate or tell me that you aren’t seeing the connection - I promise you won’t hurt my feelings.

  • All Readings are 100% confidential and will never be shared externally. Seriously, why would I? Typically I forget immediately what I read, so please don’t be nervous that I am sharing anything outside of our space or time together.

  • Appointments and bookings are strongly encouraged: I cannot accommodate clients who email unexpectedly looking for an On-The-Spot Tarot reading. Due to the volume of written reading purchases that I get in my shop, I am unable to accommodate people who email for on-the-spot tarot answers. Please either purchase a written reading - which I typically turn around in a day or so - or, schedule a live reading where we can dive into your issue in a time that works for you. Thanks for understanding that I am a human with a human life to tend to.

  • Your Tarot reading as a two-way street: I’ll ask questions of you during your reading to get more context in what I am seeing. Your involvement helps me get more information from the cards, which means a better reading for you :) The worst thing you can do is sit there in silence: let’s figure out what messages you are getting together!

  • While I do practice predictive Tarot, I do not claim to read a future that is set in stone: similar to those who forecast the weather, I can explain the most probably outcome of events influenced by current behavior, thoughts, and intentions of you and / or those around you. But things change, people change, and situations or circumstances change - I can only show you possibilities as the cards are able to me in this moment.

  • I will offer an interpretation of your cards, but any decisions made or actions taken by you as a result of a Tarot reading are your sole responsibility. I am not liable for what decide to do after our time together: that is your choice, and your free will to decide.

  • I assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on, my Tarot readings.

  • Tarot card readings are for entertainment purposes only: please seek out professionals qualified to give specific Financial, Legal, Medical or any other advice (and use common sense!) While I may see something relating to these things in your readings, I do not claim to be a financial advisor, lawyer, therapist or doctor. See the professionals that went through years of schooling for that stuff please.

  • My readings are meant to be compassionate, sensitive, judgment-free, honest, and empowering. I guarantee you will feel better about whatever question you have or situation you are going through at the end.

  • I will be truthful in what the cards are telling me and will tell you what you need to hear vs. empty promises of what you want to hear. It’s hard for me to always read 3rd parties that aren’t present and tell you what they are thinking.

  • You must be 18 or older to receive a Tarot reading. No exceptions.

  • I will never refuse a Tarot reading for a client on the Grounds of Race, Color, Religious Belief, Disability or Sexual Orientation, and I expect the same respect in turn. Any disrespect for me and my work will not be tolerated, and I will terminate the session.

  • I do not predict lottery numbers (if I could, don’t you think I would have done that already?!), invoke or remove spells or curses.

  • Frequency: I recommend doing no more then 1x reading a month, even better every 6-8 weeks or so. This gives time for events to play out - most commonly, I see clients once every 3 months or so to check in on bigger questions or goals they have. Readings are not helpful to have stacked once a week or every day.
